The overall idea of this project is to make a modern boutique community in Beijing.

- The aim of the design is to provide every resident with not only the landscape of Agricultural Exhibition Park but also the poetic living experience like a boutique hotel.

- Using the design of the corner of the side hall and the 270-degree window, the framing effect is magnified to the extreme. You can not only watch the clouds rising and falling in the west mountain from a distance, but also have a close view of the quiet garden of the community.

- The project adopts over 100 sets of KA classic oval bathtubs and dozens of KA ultra-thin rim bathtubs, reflecting the modern and minimalist design of the luxury bathroom.
