- The hotel is located in the Qingdao Dagu River resort, which has the reputation of " Living Room of Qingdao New City ", at the junction of the North and South Lake scenic spots. It plans to have 281 guest rooms and various functional facilities.

- The hotel has selected more than 240 sets of KA classic symmetrical oval bathtubs and more than 300 sets of KA customized basins, which perfectly match the simple design of the hotel. This is another benchmark project of KA in Qingdao after Qingdao Lalu.
